These terms cover your use of BatteryWise (getbatterywise.com) and the BatteryWise Battery Health Toolkit. By using the site or buying the Toolkit, you agree to them. Plain English, no traps.

What the Toolkit is

The Battery Health Toolkit is a digital guide (a PDF) sold for a one-time payment of $39 USD. It is delivered electronically by Payhip immediately after checkout — nothing physical is shipped, and there is no subscription or recurring charge. Your purchase gives you the current edition of the Toolkit; the free guides and the Battery Deal Checker on this site remain free to use.

Your license

Your purchase is for you. You may read the Toolkit on your own devices and print copies for your own vehicle shopping. Please don't resell it, redistribute it, post the file publicly, or hand it to a dealership to give away — one purchase covers one buyer.

Educational content only

Everything on this site and in the Toolkit is educational information about used electric vehicle battery health. It is not mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Battery figures, State of Health ranges, and replacement-cost numbers are estimates based on published data available as of October 2026, and every individual vehicle differs. Always have a specific used EV inspected by a qualified technician before you buy it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal). BatteryWise never sees or stores your full card details. Prices are in US dollars.

Liability

The site and the Toolkit are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatteryWise is not liable for purchase decisions you make using this information, or for losses arising from relying on estimates that turn out to differ for a specific vehicle. The final decision on any car is always yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and it applies from the date shown at the top.
